Institutions

Academic institutions have very distinct needs in the emerging scenario. The institutions shall have different priorities depending upon the age of the institute. We primarily look at academic institutions in two distinct classes viz. emerging (less than 7 years of existence) and established (more than 7 years of existence).
Emerging institutions have challenge in attracting and retaining talented faculty. Whereas syllabus is same in almost all the institutions, the emerging institutions are located in outskirts of the city and majority of students have not chosen them as their first choice. Under such circumstances, a conducive research environment could be one of the key differentiator to attract faculty. Since new institutes do not have enough financial leverage to setup full fledged research centre, we help them establish research centre and organize research activities.

Established institutes are already known to the students and have reasonably good faculty. The challenge is to improve market standing. One of the parameters in the ranking of the institutes is the quality and quantity of research output. The need to quickly scale up the number of active research initiatives, showcasing research output through periodicals and improving industry relevant research. We assist on case to case basis in line with institutional preferences and priorities.

The specific solutions include faculty training, assisting in preparing research proposals for grants, settng up research cell, organizing conferences etc. as per the needs of the institutions.
